About The Author

I believe true empowerment begins with listening. My purpose is to serve with compassion, stand alongside those too often overlooked, and push for a world where everyone is seen, valued, and included.

Working with survivors of trafficking has shown me the incredible strength that emerges when someone feels heard. Stories can heal wounds, bridge divides, and spark real change.

That is why I created this platform: to uplift voices that deserve to be at the center of the conversation and to help build a community driven by empathy, courage, and action.

Personal journey

My story starts in Bothell, WA, where I was raised by hardworking immigrant parents who taught me the value of service, resilience, and standing up for others. Growing up, I always wanted to make the world a better place. I wanted to help people. I wanted to make real change.

My path led me to study Political Science and Public Policy at the University of Washington, where I focused on justice and community empowerment. Along the way, I worked in various sectors including medical, nonprofit, legal, and taxation. I worked with survivors of trafficking, supported women navigating recovery, and led mentorship programs for young people. These experiences showed me firsthand how courage and community can transform lives and taught me that change is possible when we listen deeply and act boldly.

Most recently, I am preparing to join law enforcement and running for the Northshore School District Board of Directors, Position 4. As a recent graduate myself, I deeply understand the challenges students, parents, and educators face today. Education is, in my opinion, the most important foundation for our future. Our generations depend on it.

This journey isn’t about titles or personal gain. It’s about showing up for people. It’s about using my voice to amplify others and building a future where no one is left behind. That’s the heart of my work, and it’s what continues to drive me every single day.
